Jennifer Marrero – Jennifer has worked in Child Care for 15 years in a variety of positions.  In Spring of 2005, expanded her currently location in Bear, Delaware and began exploring the possibility of opening a second location.  She is going into her 6th year of business and is very excited about sharing her knowledge in Early Child Education with others.  In addition to directing her Child Care facilities she is also a Delaware First Trainer, preparing employees statewide for their experiences with young children.
Jennifer holds a B.S. degree in Education from Kutztown University and is currently working on her Master’s Degree.  In addition, she has over 270 hours of training in the Early Child Care field.

Givvel Marrero – Givvel is currently involved in day to day operations of our locations.  He previously worked 6 years for ING DIRECT as Business Continuity & Crisis Management Coordinator.  He holds a B.S. degree and is presently working on his Master’s in Education.  Givvel has been active in helping Jennifer run the business from both behind the scenes and working directly with the children since the business began. 
Givvel has also been active in the community and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake Bay Girl Scout Council and a varsity baseball coach at Caravel Academy.

Jennifer and Givvel are the parents of a 2 1/2 old daughter and are involved as foster parents for the past 10 years.  Their parenting experiences with their foster children and their daughter bring a unique perspective to working with children and their families.
